How Teranova Vets and Supports Suppliers

Two honest statuses instead of promises, personal visits, and support across the entire deal — how Teranova works with Korean manufacturers.

How Teranova Vets and Supports Suppliers

Working with a foreign supplier is always a matter of trust: is this the manufacturer it claims to be, and what happens if something goes wrong. Teranova is built around reducing that risk honestly and verifiably.

Two Statuses Instead of Promises

We use exactly two statuses. "Verified — personal visit": the founder personally visited the office or facility, met the management, and took dated photos. "Information provided by the company": the data and materials were supplied by the supplier itself and published with its written consent.

This is a documented fact about the origin of the data, not a promise of a result. We support and facilitate the deal, but we do not take on promises on the supplier's behalf.

Publication — Only With Consent

A supplier profile is published only with the company's written consent. We do not publish the manufacturer's direct contacts: during the selection stage, communication goes through Teranova, and contacts are disclosed to the buyer at the deal stage.

Support Across the Entire Deal

Teranova manages the deal from first contact to delivery: manufacturer selection, negotiations, samples, logistics, customs, and payment. A single point of responsibility reduces operational risks for both parties.

Example: Dr.SANTE

The first profile built on this model is the aesthetic brand Dr.SANTE (SANTE COSMETICS): a branded page, a catalog of lines with compositions and per-item registrations, terms and a price list with the "information provided by the company" status.
